The Program Liaison is responsible for translating program and project documents from English to Thai, ensuring clear and accurate communication across all materials. This role includes coordinating with relevant Thai government agencies to facilitate approvals, compliance, and support for the COC Foundation’s initiatives. The Program Liaison plays a vital role in bridging language and cultural gaps, supporting effective collaboration between the Foundation and governmental stakeholders.

Kelly Wallis is a compassionate humanitarian missionary with a heart devoted to serving local poor communities, the elderly, refugees, and, most especially, children. Her passion for making a difference shines through her dedication to providing free English lessons to children and reaching out to underprivileged groups, offering them hope and opportunities for a brighter future.

In addition to her hands-on ministry, Kelly plays a crucial role in supporting the Christian Outreach Center (COC) Foundation's humanitarian projects. She is entrusted with auditing financial transactions and reviewing budget allocations across various initiatives within the organization. Kelly's unwavering commitment to both compassionate outreach and financial stewardship reflects her holistic approach to mission work. She embodies the values of service, accountability, and love, making a lasting impact on the lives of those she serves while ensuring that every resource entrusted to the foundation is managed with excellence and care.

Jeremy is a dynamic and strategic partner of the COC Foundation, playing a pivotal role in raising funds to support its diverse programs. With a keen eye for identifying funding opportunities, he collaborates closely with the COC team to develop and implement fundraising strategies that align seamlessly with the foundation's mission of serving vulnerable communities and refugees.

Beyond his vital fundraising efforts, Jeremy leads the Leadership Training component of COC's Integrated Mentoring Program. Through this initiative, he trains leaders from various communities and organizations, equipping them with the skills and vision needed to empower others and ensure the alignment of their stewardship with the foundation’s core values.

Jeremy's unwavering commitment to resource development and leadership training is instrumental in strengthening COC's impact. His work not only helps sustain the foundation's humanitarian projects but also builds a network of compassionate, capable leaders dedicated to making a lasting difference in the lives of those in need.

Raymond serves as a full-time missionary with the COC Foundation, playing a key role in supporting the organization’s programs as a Program Facilitator. In this role, Raymond is responsible for assisting in the smooth execution of COC Foundation’s initiatives, working directly with communities in need, and ensuring that program objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Edgar Allitto Fonseca

Edgar is a dedicated missionary in Thailand, serving under the COC Foundation with a profound heart for children, refugees, and the Kayan tribe people. For over 11 years, Edgar has selflessly devoted his life to bringing hope, education, and compassion to the marginalized communities of Thailand. His personal ministry focuses on providing education to children and supporting poor families, believing that knowledge is a powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty. Through his unwavering commitment, Edgar has successfully nurtured five full scholars, guiding them from childhood to young adulthood. These students receive full educational support — a testament to his deep love and faith in the transformative power of education. Beyond his scholarship program, Edgar's impact extends to hundreds of children across different villages, as well as to the elderly and refugee communities. Whether teaching, sharing the gospel, or simply offering a kind smile, Edgar embodies Christ's love in every interaction. His ministry is not just about meeting physical needs but also about restoring dignity and hope to the needy. Through his servant-hearted leadership, Edgar has become a beacon of light, showing that true mission work is not just about words but about living out God's love with action, compassion, and unwavering faith. His legacy of kindness and generosity continues to touch countless lives, inspiring others to follow the path of love and service.

Steven Daniel King

Videographer and Media Consultant

Meet Steven King, a dedicated missionary serving alongside his wife Angela and their three sons with the Christian Outreach Centre Foundation in Thailand. Steven's ministry focuses on leveraging media to share the message of Jesus and inspire faith in the Thai-speaking community.

Through the production of Thai-language videos, Steven aims to reach those who have yet to hear the Gospel and strengthen the faith of new believers. His work extends to creating mission awareness and fundraising videos to support various Thailand-based initiatives.

Steven and Angela are passionate about empowering others, equipping local believers and fellow missionaries with the skills and knowledge to produce their own impactful missional content through training and consultation. Beyond media production, they actively collaborate with a local disciple-making team, providing both hands-on support and financial assistance to further their efforts in spreading the love of Christ.

Together, Steven and his family embody a servant-hearted commitment to advancing God’s Kingdom in Thailand.
