COC Administrator

Mkate serves as a full-time missionary with COC Foundation, a vital role focused on uplifting vulnerable communities in Thailand, including refugees. In addition to missionary work, Mkate leads the development and administration of various programs and projects for the COC Foundation. This position requires a strong commitment to community outreach, program management, and resource development. Mkate also develops the Integrated Mentoring Program and serves as a trainer, leading the Social Entrepreneur initiative.

The Program Liaison is responsible for translating program and project documents from English to Thai, ensuring clear and accurate communication across all materials. This role includes coordinating with relevant Thai government agencies to facilitate approvals, compliance, and support for the COC Foundation’s initiatives. The Program Liaison plays a vital role in bridging language and cultural gaps, supporting effective collaboration between the Foundation and governmental stakeholders.

Kelly Wallis is a dedicated missionary who serves local poor communities by offering free English lessons to children and reaching out to underprivileged groups. She also supports Christian Outreach Center Community Initiatives (COCCI), where she serves as the Program Auditor. In this role, Kelly is responsible for auditing financial transactions and reviewing budget allocations across various initiatives within the organization. Her primary goal is to ensure that all funds are used in accordance with organizational policies, donor guidelines, and financial regulations. This role is essential for maintaining transparency, accuracy, and integrity in COC’s financial operations.

Missionary Profile

Jeremy plays a key role in partnering and collaborating with the COC Foundation to raise funds for its various programs. He identifies funding opportunities and works closely with the COC team to develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with the foundation's mission of serving vulnerable communities and refugees. In addition, Jeremy also leads Leadership Training for COC's Integrated Mentoring Program.

Raymond serves as a full-time missionary with the COC Foundation, playing a key role in supporting the organization’s programs as a Program Facilitator. In this role, Raymond is responsible for assisting in the smooth execution of COC Foundation’s initiatives, working directly with communities in need, and ensuring that program objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Veronica Benavides

English Teacher

Veronica is responsible for teaching English to children as part of the COC program. She will design age-appropriate lessons to help students improve their language skills, focusing on foundational vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational abilities. Her role includes creating a positive and engaging classroom environment to support children's confidence and enthusiasm in learning English.

Steven Daniel King

Videographer and Media Consultant

Meet Steven King, a dedicated missionary serving alongside his wife Angela and their three sons with the Christian Outreach Centre Foundation in Thailand. Steven's ministry focuses on leveraging media to share the message of Jesus and inspire faith in the Thai-speaking community.

Through the production of Thai-language videos, Steven aims to reach those who have yet to hear the Gospel and strengthen the faith of new believers. His work extends to creating mission awareness and fundraising videos to support various Thailand-based initiatives.

Steven and Angela are passionate about empowering others, equipping local believers and fellow missionaries with the skills and knowledge to produce their own impactful missional content through training and consultation. Beyond media production, they actively collaborate with a local disciple-making team, providing both hands-on support and financial assistance to further their efforts in spreading the love of Christ.

Together, Steven and his family embody a servant-hearted commitment to advancing God’s Kingdom in Thailand.
